Major flooding may cause delays in mail services

Due to flooding in Northern New South Wales and Queensland, there may be some delays to mail services in these areas.

We will continue to monitor affected areas and will provide further information to customers as it becomes available.

Australia Post is providing free mail redirections for affected customers in St George, Charleville, Roma, Mitchell and the surrounding areas.

Customers can organise their mail redirection by visiting a post office.
