Qantas grounding information

Following recent disruptions to Qantas's operations, customers may experience some short term delays to mail and parcel delivery times in some areas where these items are being transported by air into ports in which Qantas domestic and international services operate.
Mail and parcels on Qantas and Australian Air Express freighters, Jetconnect, Qantaslink and Jetstar flights are unaffected and we are working with Qantas to transfer mail and parcels to these flights.
